I am so excited to share these photos with you guys! I took these beautiful boudoir photos of my best friend Jenny back in March as a wedding present to her husband. They had an absolutely lovely wedding in the beginning May shot by my dear friend and photography inspiration, Jenna Trapasso Thomas of Red, White & Green Photography.
We had to be very sneaky and make sure her (then fiancé) was out of the house and would be for a few hours. I shot these late in the day and ended up with the loveliest evening light. It was such a beautiful shoot and intimate for me. One of my favorite things about photographing people is how vulnerable they become in front of the lens, how it can completely strip away the walls we build up around ourselves. This session made me fall back in love with portrait photography even more so than I already was. A few of these photos have been cropped to protect the privacy of the client.
